At Luxent Hotel in Quezon City, we held an event for a software in engineering and construction industry called Tekla Structures. As it launches it's 21st version, edible food and beverages awaits guests. Being somewhat a host, I need to eat earlier than the usual. All this time during my hosting in the said event, I always prefer not to eat not because I like the food but because I just don't want to. I asked for a plate  and they served Chicken Madeira with Fresh Mushrooms along with Buttered Vegetable in Season and Tepanyaki Rice.

The taste of the Portuguese wine, if I am not mistaken, gives the thrill on the dish. By chance that I am not fond of eating chicken that much, it savored the way it should. And poof! I'm full.
